Dodgin’ the bullets, shootin’ the missiles
Soldiers of fortune, such a pretty name
Face the game
You mercenary man

MEANWHILE…

The Western-Iraqi town of Ramadi has fallen to ISIS militants despite the efforts by the Iraqi arm

This recent victory by ISIS could implicate New Zealand defence personnel stationed at Taji Air Base only 113kms from Ramadi.

Prime Minister John Key said he is confident that Taji Air Base is the safest place for NZ troops in Iraq.

Iraqi troops abandoned dozens of US military vehicles, including tanks, armoured personnel carriers and artillery pieces when they fled Isis (Islamic State) fighters in Ramadi.

A Pentagon spokesman, Colonel Steve Warren, estimated half a dozen tanks were abandoned, a similar number of artillery pieces, a larger number of armoured personnel carriers and about 100 wheeled vehicles like Humvees.
